Do you require a deposit?+
Yes — 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For larger projects we can structure milestone payments. We don't start creative work until the deposit is received, which protects both sides.
How long does a brand identity project take?+
Core takes 2–3 weeks, Boost 3–5 weeks, Accelerate 5–8 weeks. Timeline depends on how quickly you review and provide feedback. We set realistic timelines and stick to them.
What if I need something not listed here?+
These are frameworks, not rigid packages. If your project doesn't fit neatly into a tier — mixed scope, unusual deliverables, ongoing work — we'll build a custom quote. Just describe what you need.
Can I bundle services for a discount?+
Yes. Brand identity + website, or brand identity + product packaging — combined scopes almost always get a discount because the work shares research, assets, and creative direction.
Do you work with clients outside Florida?+
Yes — about a third of our clients are outside Florida. We work remotely with no degradation in quality or communication.
